Reason you got banned: 1 day(valid reason?)
Why do you deserve a second chance?: My first warning was for accidentally cursing in global, which is reasonable. My second reason was for saying Gecko was biased due to the war, as i appologized before the first kick and explained I didn't mean to curse in global but it was intended for local. The third warning was apparently for me killing him, because he said you will be very displeased with this but I hope you can remember why i'm banning you. I request a full reason for all your actions, and an unban.

I've said this in-game, and will say it here.
If you saw this situation, and if you didn't, i'm aware that the majority of us dislike LittleBlackout, but don't post on here "You deserved it", etc. Its just a pain in the butt and not productive.
I saw what happened in-game, but this is not my battle so i'm going to step out and let this play out between you and him.

All right. A legitimate request. I'll tackle each of these one at a time.

1. You said to eliza, "F-ck off b-tch" in global. Even in local, this is not the kind of language we want to have anywhere on the server.
2. You were constantly making judgements about my aptitude as a mod, including the phrase, "You're as bad as Kyga". Even when I tried to end it, you still persisted.

3. You kept testing me after the heat died down by saying things like "I'm gay" and "You guys are so mean to me I'm going to kill myself". You also said "Nice try, gecko

" multiple times and said other things such as "lol gecko ur funny" after I kicked you for the first time.

If someone unbans you, it is not going to be me.

1. it was a response from her saying "Why the f-ck are you here, leave douchbag."
2. I said "you remind me of Kyga." I was making judgements I thought I would share with you, saying "no disrespect ment" every time. You were also saying I was annoying and such things.
3. and I was saying these to myself!!! how is saying i'm gay a flame to anyone but myself?!?! and also the nice try gecko and gecko your funny was before warning 2! it was not a reason for warning 3.

Im just going to make one statement.

At your #3.

Nobody says 'Im gay' in global for others to hear without intending to make it sarcastic, such as all your other things in #3 mentioned from Gecko, its obvious you were trying to be a 'smart alec' to flame, well I shouldn't say flame, disrespect the other players involved in the conversation. Nobody says that about them self in global, you would think it, not say it. Your ego is to high to just say that and mean it, as all the mods and anyone who has encountered you would know.

2. Nope. You were clearly using Kyga as a reference for a biased mod, which some people thought he was, you included. I know for a fact that you disliked him.

3. Nice try once again. I'm sorry, but you don't type things to yourself. The nice try gecko and gecko your funny came directly after I kicked you for saying the statement I mentioned in 1. of my previous post. Therefore, applicable for warning 3. Oh, I forgot to mention that you accused me of abusing my powers by teleporting, but that's the tamest thing you said.

You may have one rebuttle to this, and then I will close the thread. I don't want this to turn into a flame war.

But in all seriousness only the accidental language (also considering he was retaliating to being flamed himself by Elizahuman) is even close to a legitimate reason for a kick, never mind the other two strikes which, I'm sorry to say, seem like utter *excuse my language*- bias.

I know you don't like him gecko, and nobody is asking you to, but its clear as day this wasn't worth a ban - not even for a day.

There was an entire PM conversation between me and him that you did not see. Also, eliza had not been flaming him. She had simply told him to leave. That is all.
I would deal out the same punishment to anyone who did the same as him. If I had not banned him, the flaming would have continued.
