The Big Number One Rule

So, as pretty much everyone knows in Kiwike, LittleBlackout has been a complete douchebag on the forums, and in game. He spends more than half his time on the server using his illegally close town to raid The_Perfect, disrespects mods like nobody has ever done before, and acts completely ignorant like he's immune to all that moderators say, because he finds stupid loopholes in the rules.

I've pointed the following out multiple times, and every time I say it, everyone completely ignores me, except for Asdf and Eliza.
This is an exact quote:

1) Be Mature, aka "Don't be a Douche-Bag"

Now, as I said before, pretty much anyone who's ever glanced at global chat knows that he's broken this rule. This is the big, number one rule, at the top, the main general rule. He breaks it about 5 times a day.

1.1 Moderators are always right.

Right under that big major rule is this one. When Gecko came to check out the situation of Little standing on my house, screaming "I'M GAY!" in local, and killing everyone near him, Gecko vaguely accused him of breaking the "Don't be a douchebag" rule, kicked him with the description "do it one more time and you're banned", then he logged back on. He started rambling on about how Gecko was wrong and that there was a three warning system, so Gecko kicked him for flaming and breaking rule 1.1
He logged back on, and started yelling at Gecko because flaming was allowed in local, even though we pointed out the following:

1.3 No Flaming

Little was banned for a day, and then his ban was somehow shortened to 3 hours. I'm posting this whole thing to say, Little has been much more of (pardon the description) a disrespectful flaming douchebag. I think he deserves much more discipline than this, and I would assume that Gecko and all of The_Perfect residents would agree with me.

I apologize, but I would rather not be further involved with the issues surrounding LittleBlackout. His ban appeal post is ample evidence of what I personally witnessed, and I will not transfer that argument onto this thread by reasserting those points. I'm not going to say anything else on this thread unless absolutely necessary.

This is something that would probably benefit the server to add to the rules.

If you treat others the way you would like to be treated, people will generally return the favor. Respect others and they will respect you. Racism, sexism, homonegativity, etc. will not be tolerated.

Hmm. I've said this many times, and yet I will say it again.
If LittleBlackout breaks the rules, then go to a moderator. Don't go to one on Global saying, "Blackout did this and that", talk to them privately, tell them what happened.
This thread here just counter's what the purpose of that argument is, to reduce the amount of flame wars that happen, as you know good and well that when Blackout reads this that he will post his two cents.

On a side note, a while ago, a long while ago, and this may of changed. I was told by I believe Android, correct me if i'm wrong, but Rule 1 is there to discourage the act of being a douche-bag, but it can't be enforced truthfully due to the fact that at one point or another, everyone has been one.

I don't know if I actually said that or not, but our original rule one, being Don't be a Douchebag, was too vague. So, from that we made rules 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and such. These are meant to further describe the act of being a Douchebag, which is to say that nobody can be judged by simply, "Don't be a Douchebag" anymore.

Yeah, I think we should be fair to little. He may be obnoxious at times but there are obnoxious people IRL too, not a reason he should be banned, just a reason our in-game characters don't like him. Retrospectively I'm noticing just how hypocritical my flaming has gotten recently...kiwike is a real minecraft server, if someone hurts your feeling deal with it. If you can't handle that there are other lame servers out there where you can go be nice to everyone. I'm sorry if it has seemed like I support any moderator action on Little. I might dislike him, but he has as much a right as a thief like myself has to play on kiwike. And that whole bed thing was pretty clever...

I think he should get a small ban for being disrespectful, but pretty much everyone breaks rule 1.
