Bill 15.0 - State of Halren Act
It has been established that the town of Halren shall make up a state, headed by Crashlander04 and skote11 under Helvanthar.

This state will operate in warfare under it's own name and choices, while the nation as a whole will not be held accountable. In the same context, our allegiance is to only Helvanthar and its towns. The town of Halren shall stay a town within the nation, and continue to take part in the House of Commerce and national military (in whole-nation endeavours) like always.

This course of action is only temporary so long as until the goals intended for this state are reached. These goals are to achieve greatness, glory, and pride for the nation from a level an ordinary town cannot achieve. Any towns with similar ideals that are wishing to join this Helvan-power state may contact skote11 or Crashlander04 for more information.

I disagree with said statement above. This is basically the benefits of a Nation, but under the protection of Helvanthar. Say they attack someone, and if that someone attacks back, all of Helvanthar is going to attack them. So basically, they have ultimate protection.

You are not a member of Helvanthar, Asdf.

Also, I don't like this bill. It's more of saying, "we'll stay in the nation for the protection, but we wont offer anything."
It's kinda selfish. We need to help to keep the nation strong.

RE: Bill 15.0 - State of Halren Act
This state was made, though our motives may not be publicly revealed as of yet, to truly benefit Helvanthar. We are still offering everything to the nation as before, but simply being more responsible for our own actions. Don't worry, Guth, we are still interacting with our fellow towns, and will help them as before.

And contrary to your statement Cell, any conflicts we become involved in will not expect the rest of the nation's support.
Though we will, however, continue to fight for the nation if needed as always.

Have you not read a single thing I have posted? We are still keeping our obligations to the nation, with less responsibility for us on the whole's part.
Cell, this isn't hurting you in the slightest, and its intent is to make the nation stronger. There is no reason for you to have a problem with this.

I'm confused at how this is making the nation stronger? You get to attack people at your own free will is the only benefit I see from this, and its yours, not ours.

You lack the eyes of a visionary and a dreamer, oh flawed-minded Cell. You fail to see the bigger picture.
