Bill 04.1 - Helvan Trade Pact (Revised)
This bill proposes that:
1. As much business as possible be kept within the nation.
2. Absolutely no trading of weapons, supplies, or materials to enemy nations or parties.
- This includes selling materials with the intent of them being passed on or sold to enemies.
3. Any citizen or town found to have sold/selling to enemies are to be punished or fined as to discretion of the House of Commerce, a national court assembly, or Android himself.
4. The best interests of Helvanthar are to be kept at mind when thinking of the economy, or any business endeavours.
5. It be made illegal to scam, or knowingly cheat fellow citizens out of money or resources.
6. Any and all debt acquired between citizens be payed back as priority to out-of-nation individuals.

These suggestions are made in the attempt to reduce a growing debt problem, keep money within the nation, stop supplying enemies and to bring about as much profitability to the nation as possible without hurting any of our own.

I like the revision of the bill. But I am not apart of the house. The only thing wrong is the only real part that can be enforced is the weapons part. The rest are only suggestions BUT I guess it makes sense. I don't really see any other way of putting it without taking away liberties. So imma say I agree on this one

Definitely better than the original, the no selling to enemies rule will really help out later on.

I do have a quick question. Let's say Holtrick decides to go to my shop, and buys some arrows, but I am not encouraging the sale. Am I still punished?

EDIT: Congrats on 100 posts, Crash

The only problem I'm seeing is the business within the nation is still here.

The bill is asking for as much business as possible be kept within the nation. I think that works just fine.

It's not saying that you can't trade with other towns, but rather keeps into account the location problems among other things citizens might have.

It's simply asking citizens to keep in mind that we would rather support our own economy and upkeep our strength as a nation.

I vote in favor.

I love how certain people always veto any of crashes bills Smiley

And a example of this would be if airow was to say anyone got arrows for sale just simply ignore him or if he asks say no.

Your referring to me, and I already talked to Droid about it.
So don't flame bro.
I don't veto because it's crashes bill's, I veto because most of his bill I don't like, or have something wrong with them such as this one.
