Pre-Ban Appeal

So I figure this is the first ever pre-ban appeal. I don't know if this even counts, or what's gonna go down.

This is my story, 100% true, and if you don't believe it then obviously you have never been in an awkward predicament yourself.

I was just going to go plant a few landmines at the Halren outpost near Cicatrix when I see Spammuff apparently afk in front of my portal.
I figure that I don't wanna deal with a potential raid so i'ma go test devices in creative instead.
Spammuff springs out of afk just in time to see me go to creative (he even hit me I think).

And now he's convinced I combat logged, plus he's got screenshots and wants to get me banned -.-

That's my story, that's what happened. I had /c typed in before I knew Spammuff wasn't afk, henceforth - not a combat log.

A: I wasn't afk, I was there the whole time (To be afk you have to be away for 5 minutes or more I was away for 2 seconds) , And it wasn't even afk, i was putting on armor,

B: I Hit you, which means when entering /c It was considered combat log.

C: I come back from /c and see you safely in your house. Which is cheating world-spaces for personal gain... (Logging from combat into /c and homing from combat to safety)

I thought you were afk, and that's the point.

The fact that you hit me was just timing, I didn't realize you were attacking until I looked up from my keypad.

Utterly accidental, I didn't mean to combat log, henceforth mens rea cannot be properly established.

I was back in my house because I figured I was gonna be typing a lot - so I wanted a safe place to do so. Afterwards I went out to do the exact same landmine planting as before.

What you did, is referred to as Combat logging, and thinking someone is afk doesn't give you the right to combat log after being attacked, it's a douchey move.

Utterly accidental, is not the way to refer this, as you did this full well of what happened, and the reappearing back in the house just tops it all off...

Don't think you can get away with this one.

Considering I'm being honest here, I don't see why you are so intent on getting me banned.

It's not a 'douchey move' as a I meant nothing by it, nor is that language applicable.

You're argument is countered by the evidence, and im intent to get you banned due to the fact that you think you can get away with this, people need to see the light of justice, and you need to serve your sentence.

Herm. As far as I know, the rules don't have a section that strictly says "Combat logging is allowed if the player that Combat log'd, did in-fact think the other was AFK. Therefore, voiding the potential combat logging case." Now does it Crash?
Combat logging, is combat logging, which ever way you look at it.
Your excuse is equivalent to "I thought the nomad base was abandoned, so I ripped up all the walls and floors looking for a chest, not knowing that someone live there."
Just my view on this.

2. I do deserve justice. My story is true so I should not be banned.
3. 'Evidence' is an awkward situation that I got caught in. It looks bad I know, but do you really think I'd fight this much if I didn't have a legitimate excuse?
