Another Ban Appeal -.-

You know who I am,
I'm banned because Spammuff is being ignorant. He claims that I combat logged.

I should be unbanned as I am not guilty of combat logging. I saw Spammuff apparently afk in Halren's portal building on my way to build a few landmines. So I abruptly decided to go to creative as to not be present when he returned, figuring I could test some landmine ideas.

Just as I typed in /c he springs to life and attacks me, after I press the enter key. He did hit me, but I did not purposefully go to creative to avoid his direct attack. While in creative, I then spent the next few minutes arguing with Spammuff. He then logged off, prompting me to become distracted from my initial motive of being in creative, and went home.

Spammuff's 'proof' of me combat logging consists of pictures, and biased inferences. None of the picture are absolute proof, as the only one with any proof of time is the one of us being in creative, which is when I was arguing with him.

As far as his justification goes, he chooses to ignore my story and is intent on getting me banned for the sole reason of me killing Andy yesterday (a conflict since resolved).

I realize this is an awkward situation, but once again, I am being 100% honest. I realize this is a short ban, but I really don't like serving sentences that I'm not deserving of.

Again, barging in. For one, calling people biased, ignorant, not helping your situation. For two, how many times have you been banned the past few days and not used the correct format once?

Both of those are completely justified adjectives in the case. I did not say we was ignorant, I said he was being ignorant. He is obviously biased as well, as fact which is true to everybody.

How many times have I been banned wrongly? Every single times so far. The day you become a moderator is the day that somebody will really care about the exact format.
Every aspect of the appeal is included, just in a more formal expressive way.

Guys, have some faith - the day we punish people without hearing them out first is the day we become possibly the worst form of system there is.

Sadly you're not the one to decide upon that. I'm pretty sure that if you'll ask for an unban instead, (ex: I'd like to be unbanned) you'll get a lot further.

Thus, lowering yourself further and further in my eyes, and possibly others. Oh, and as for the ban appeal, I'd rather just read a quick ban appeal in the format everyone but you uses, then read a wall of text of something that has been stated over and over again.
I don't want to even be in this thread, but at the point of where you post three ban appeals, and not a single one has had the right format, I thought I would just point that out.

You refuse to acknowledge my argument and are stuck to yours without even considering that I am telling the truth. That lack of definite knowledge and believing what you want is considered ignorant.

I don't know what level you think I'm stooping to, but if it's a level of knowledge of the meaning of words, I suggest you start stooping.

Sorry for posting a relevant thread with the right formatting and and getting relevant evidence for your crime.

Go /c whenever you want, no worries if you think that everyone who has the balls to stand up for it, since in your eyes they are just biased and picking on you for nothing, even with evidence.

Fuck this shit it's getting nowhere.
