The town application process is going to change drastically in Kiwike: Revamped. In the meantime, read over the Revamped post, write some basic town lore, and just wait for the new map :3
Also, just flying over to Gilease and trying to live there would be insanely difficult. If you weigh 200 pounds here, you would weigh 600 pounds there. The gravitational pressure would crush you to the ground.
