Reason you got banned: Threatening and disrespecting staff
Why do you deserve a second chance?: For the reason that this accusation is false. At no point in time did I threaten any member of the server with any force that has been deemed illegal according to server rules. Threatening legal responses on those that violate the terms of a copywrite is no more of a threat than threatening to ban someone for breaking server rules. Also; at no point in time did I disrespect the staff of Kiwike at any point in time. I have a particular stance against a particular rule put in place by a particular person; this does not ensue disrespect of said person, but instead an intense dislike for said rule. As a result; I have the utmost respect for the rules and staff. As a matter of fact, I have adhered to the rules and the administration to the word - the fact that I do not enjoy doing so and vocally state as such is moot. I have not violated any server rules as of 11:25 PM EST according to http://kiwike.se/forum/announcements.php?aid=4 . I would ask that full evidence against me be placed here so that I may know exactly what I have done wrong.

Nope. Persistent roleplay lost it's appeal to most when they realized that things they have done in the past come back to haunt them.

I've removed most of the stuff pertaining to Cerce, Cerantia, Sarkom, Teevah, Cerantiace, and their pertaining information. And yes; I have all right to do so; I've done my research. Any and all attempts to restore or otherwise alter such information that has been removed from this forum will be met with legal retaliation.

Have I made myself clear?

1. Threatening would be: Taking a very aggressive stand and threat the staff that all information posted by you must be removed or we will face legal actions. Even though you might not have actually written that, it's pretty clear that it's the actual message you want to get through.

2. Read #1. You basically make it sound like our staff is a bunch of copyright violating dickheads. I should also mention that everything said by you above is completely false and does not make any sense at all. That's where I draw the conclusion that you're just talking bullshit to try and make yourself sound important, and the staff - not so much.

This is also completely false. A Minecraft server is a practically a virtual playground where we decide what happens. The worse thing that can happen is that you are banned, big deal. Whereas the real world legal system is a completely different thing, where there's actually life affecting consequences, more or less.

The reason I decided to ban you is because I felt you needed to apologize to the staff in some form and not just walk along like none of this ever happened. As you have done this in another post, I see no reason to keep you banned.

At no point in time did I attempt to make the administration remove my posts or face legal action. What I said is that if anyone attempts to re-instate or restore the information would be met with legal action in compliance with pending copyright. I did not want my work to be used for the advancement of someone else - which is just what a copyright is protecting. I also did not accuse the administration of being in violation of copyright, as they did nothing to my information other than remove my signature, which did not fall under re-instating or restoring the information.

I do understand where you are coming from, though. I thank you for your time.

Copyright laws are weird, generally if someone wrote it they own it in the US and most European countries, however this right is waived via most terms of use policies for forums. No idea if kiwike has one but it might be worthwhile to avoid potential shenanigans. Also, I don't think anything has gone to court about copyrights relating to forum posts in the US so most of it is an extrapolation from other legal domains. It would be an interesting case to say the least #incaseyouwerewondering

If you couldn't just claim it you would have to contact every country you want to publish it in.

So if you make a game or something and put it on the Internet and you had to actually ask for copyright you had to contact every country with access to the internet.
