Gamers, please boycott E3
http://www.screwattack.com/StandTogether
ESA decided to support SOPA.
No.
No.
So unless the ESA pulls its support, refuse to attend or observe E3, and ask all your gaming sites not to attend or cover E3 as well.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have many messages to write and send.

RE: Gamers, please boycott E3
Sure, SOPA and PIPA suck but boycotting E3 is nearly impossible. It's the event of the year for most gaming magazines. Not reporting on E3 would mean a great income loss for them, since people would run off to other services.
It would be easier just to write to Sony, Nintendo etc. and tell them SOPA is bad. Not that they would listen though. They're too busy counting their money.

Ya, I'm not planning on doing this. I mean, sure, SOPA is bad, but I'm not hoping to stunt economic growth over it

RE: Gamers, please boycott E3
Well, considering Reddit, Google, Minecraft, and Lord knows who else is in opposition against SOPA and basically made it known the moment you get on any of their sites, I highly doubt that SOPA or PIPA will get passed, especially now that there's more than about 3,000,000 people in a petition against it - as of *yesterday*.

I really doubt the game journalists would lose that much, what about PAX, Gamescom, Dreamhacks, etc.? It's not like the game news stops when there isn't a convention.
