[Bug] Coords Spam

Logged on to Kiwike for the first time since Territories was installed, and I had coordinates popping up in my chat every 10 seconds about.

The coords were near what looked to be a town, and changed from 1 to 10 blocks each time.

The message looked something like

Nations are made up of world blocks (rather than chunks), so the coordinates are to help locate the borders of them in the case of expansion. They will be toggleable come Revamped.
