Reason you got banned: This is the problem. I don't know. I can't think of anything I did. On the ban-list it says "minor griefing." So I can't argue my case if I don't know what I did. Please, in the future, make the reasons more specific.
Why do you deserve a second chance?: I can not say why because I don't know what I did. So if someone can answer this question, I will then tell you why. Also, I've read through the server rules, and if the thing I did was so subtle that I didn't even realize it, a 12 hour ban is probably a bit harsh.

And Removed some stairs also, Also my apologies for not seeing this sooner, been out with friends and family as its spring break but as this ban is now lifted there is little I can do.
