Ban Appeal (again) -thornax

I wasn't going to post this, because I thought I was still in the wrong, but I figured, "couldn't lose anything.

The spawner I destroyed I did under permission from the mayor of the town. Sean has been the acting mayor of the town in which the spawner was, which I think gives him the say over it. When we were in the raid sean said himself, and I can get witnesses, "I don't care if you destroy it". So I than preceded to, you guessed it, destroy it. I therefore think this ban is UNFAIR! and it should be revoked!

I might have planned to succeed, but at the time of the raid I was still the founder and mayor of the town which dealt the grief and therefor was my property and my right to allow its destruction.

Except, no. By the time that you were raiding, Victoria was the new mayor. Besides, you did not build, or discover teh exp grinder, which gave you no right to grief it sean.

I was never 'kicked' from the town. I was also yet to step down from the town. I was the one that discovered that grinder, but sealed it off when Riskae and Wtyuio found it later and used it. I appointed permission for the grinder to be made. I would say I have the right to declare its destruction fo teh trolz.

This is bull. The mayor at the time was Victoria. You had stepped down sean. Regardless, it was mine and Riskae's work that was destroyed because the spawner wasnt there and so it was grief. You yourself said it was for trolz. Since there was no legitimate reason, and you did interrupt my game experience by destroying it. Its grief.

Like I have said, I was yet to step down; and that is a fact. I am sorry you needed an EXP grinder, but your mooching off of my town does not make the grinder yours. It was in my town, it was found by me, I have right to let it be broken.
