Ban Appeal - Crashlander04

Reason: Non-RP killing

I was banned for non-RP killing, meanwhile I had a legitimate RP reason to kill every person I've killed in game (minus conor but that was just messin' around and he had nothin' on him <3). I've given countless explanations, and this was no attempt at powergaming. It was not as if I simply walked up and killed Rathrok, but instead attempted to RP, which resulted in the accidental offense of my character.

I don't want this to start another conflict of opinions, but I really did try to RP (even if it wasn't the best) - and had a legitimate RP reason to attack his character.

In the future I will try to clear up any and all misunderstandings about what should and shouldn't be included in metagame to provide for accurate events and happenings in character.

It should also be noted that the statement 'non-RP killing' hardly describes any situation I have been in - instead I am being punished for some denying the validity of my RP, and contrasting literal definitions to reasonably realistic RP in order to create an argument against my reasoning.

Also, this was a first offence of this kind - I did not receive so much as a warning about it, nor was I offered any way to correct my supposed mistake before I was banned.
