I don't know what to make of it. As you look at the picture, please note that I only have ONE crafting table in the beginning. After placing that table, I saw I still had one crafting table in my hand. Thinking its just lag, I right-clicked trying to craft but ended up placing another table. Thinking THAT is a ghost block, I proceeded to punch/destroy it. Lo and behold, I got myself another table!

Below is when I placed that 2 extra crafting table I somehow got, and note that there are STILL 2 crafting table in my hand.

I tried with other blocks at hand, and it only happens when there is more than 1 of a type of block (I tried with the 1 wool I had and it doesn't duplicate that, but it happened with my planks, dirt, etc). Also, it is only happening in a specific area/chunk(?).
What is going on??
