Age One Town Breaches
Let me start by saying this server is pretty awesome, but people are being banned left and right. I'd prefer not to be one of them.
The following assumes that the player does not greif and replaces blocks. I don't partake in most but have wondered about it.
What I would like to know is:
Can we mine through walls if our character knows how to do so?
Is tunneling under walls allowed?
Is digging into mines allowed?
Is finding a natural way or opponent path into a mine and using it allowed?
Is building a small, legitimate tower and using it to hop walls allowed?
Can we build siege weapons such as tnt cannons and minekart launchers?
Can we build anything near enemy territory?
Are we allowed to place blocks in combat?
Can you remove opponent placed lava (In combat) with a block or water if cleared up after?
Can you alter enemy signs (Instead of "Kill [Your Name] on sight," edit it to "Kill [An Enemy Player Name] on sight")?
Is trampling/removing enemy crops allowed?
Is breaking blocks to escape and replacing them (Walls, houses, etc)?
Note: I am aware of the "Age One Raiding" thread but believe this is a different a somewhat different topic.
I hope that some official rules will be made that I can direct people to, thanks.

I must say; I like this guy already. I'll try to answer them as best as possible.

What I would like to know is:
Can we mine through walls if our character knows how to do so? - Depends on the situation.*
Is tunneling under walls allowed? - Again, depends on the situation.*
Is digging into mines allowed? - Yet again: Depends on the situation.*
Is finding a natural way or opponent path into a mine and using it allowed? - Yes
Is building a small, legitimate tower and using it to hop walls allowed? - To my knowledge, yes.
Can we build siege weapons such as tnt cannons and minekart launchers? - For aesthetic RP reasons: Absolutely. For the use of breaking blocks: No.**
Can we build anything near enemy territory? - Yes
Are we allowed to place blocks in combat? - I honestly have no clue. I'd think yes, but I don't know.
Can you remove opponent placed lava (In combat) with a block or water if cleared up after? - Again, no clue
Can you alter enemy signs (Instead of "Kill [Your Name] on sight," edit it to "Kill [An Enemy Player Name] on sight")? - That is an interesting question - you'd have to ask someone else.
Is trampling/removing enemy crops allowed? - No. This has been established by the administration, and is a topic of considerable debate.**
Is breaking blocks to escape and replacing them (Walls, houses, etc)? - That is perfectly allowed. Answers marked with * are 'grey' areas. You may break blocks and replace them after breaking through, and you may break a 'few' blocks without causing grief when tunneling under walls. They are all dependant on the situation, and I would reccomend talking to a mod beforehand. Make sure that the mod is as unconnected to the situation as possible - as much as I would love to say that mods aren't biased from time to time, they sometimes can be.
Answers marked with a ** are illegal, but a number of members of Kiwike have made attempts to convince the administration that they should not be, as they are realistic and a part of the roleplay experience. It is unlikely that they will be changed, but they could.

oi, does anyone else agree that breaking a few blocks is not grief? Just wondering because I think it's absurd.

RE: Age One Town Breaches
Thanks, guys.
I know Cerce read "The Legend of Boris," so he knows about my complex character's rage. I debated with the defender whether or not I had to use simple or difficult methods to breach his fortress. We have not come to a compromise. He has many supportable points such as, "What's the point of building walls if you're going to mine through them?" and "I know tunneling is realistic, but burning down a village and trashing houses are also reoccurring themes in history." Hopefully, a wise administration compromise will be made.
Ian, if you got temp banned or perma banned for that, then I agree. If you were being chased, then it definitely shouldn't be illegal, otherwise, remember to replace blocks. When everything looks just as it was when they left, people tend not to realize they've been robbed.

RE: Age One Town Breaches
On the lava topic.
I would suppose it matters on the situation, really. If its in your base, yes you can clear it. In the wild, of course. And to tell you the truth, I would believe it to be legal in an enemies base as-well, seeing as its a weapon used against use, and nearly could of killed you.

Man, crop grief is allowed if you're stealing the crops - but you have to replant at least a little bit if you are able.
Not if you're just breaking it all and lettin' it despawn.

Also, breaking melon and pumpkin stems is not allowed. Breaking melons and pumpkins is also only allowed when they're used on a farm and not as building blocks (if they're growing next to a stem, a farm house made out of melons/pumpkins doesn't count either).

This shouldn't be a problem; I always end up over-replanting and improving the enemy farm.
