Obvious abuse / Hacking

Well , Last night I go back to my "Securely" hidden chest room of two chests which were both locked at the time and find in surprise that everything is gone! the majority of my blocks , good diamond things and so fourth. In which I'm thinking how could they possibly of stumbled upon this legit? This location was along the coastline of the town I'm living in. Possibly the most un - noticeable place there is. It was dug a good 15 blocks deep with a cave next to it , hidden of course with stone , sand and other various materials. So I called Android over and he tells me he talked with the perpetrator and is sure that this is 100% legit because "The person talked extensively with them in a skype call during the conducted raid which he had done alone"

Now , Even in itself that seems like a complete false piece of evidence to support what droid told me. I assume this was in fact a mod as who else could droid be talking to?Not to mention my hate to hate relationship with some of them regarding RP reasons and probably the reason they raided me , and is why I believe this to be extremely unfair and "Biased" as it was evident that the certain mod had indeed found this through unfair use of either a glitch , or xray. Android then continued to say that the raider had decided to dig directly down into a cave to mine (Whilst on a raid?) And this is where it seems a bit fishy. The raider decided to dig straight down? Into the cave and then dig 3 or so blocks into the wall to find my 2 hidden chests? What. I do not see why a raider would in fact mine on a raid directly outside of a enemy's town. Not to mention that using a testimony from the person who found the chests to support an important decision to charge him or not is completely unreasonable , He could of simply xrayed the chests first! then made up a story in Skype to make you all believe it happened on the spot and out of coincidence , when it fact it was all hacks.

Then Android changed his argument and said that the raider claimed there was a cobblestone tower going to surface and then it hit me that this was in fact complete bull. Seeming as both of these pieces of evidence are completely unreliable and shouldn't be used to prove a case talking about xray!
Then android simply left and tended to another person , 100% Sure that his mod didn't hack without having solid evidence to sustain his belief. I mean , If I found android's chests that easily and took all his good stuff he would probably land a full investigation on me and would hold a grudge against me for a lot of time. This is the problem , Mods have the bigger advantage and are given "Special treatment" because they are either well known , or supposedly "Trusted". So after all of this I was enraged how the admin didn't show one bit of concern , and simply continued on with what I was doing.

I'm sorry that we didn't get to clarify the issue yesterday, as we had to wait for the person to explain himself. I dragged him back there and I found that what he said coincides with what the log is telling me.

The following pictures show the 1X1 cobble tower in the sand (or was, but the log shows that it was there):




There was nothing on top of where the cobble was to indicate that it was hidden out of sight.

So basically, he didn't find the area by mere chance.

Adding to what Saera has shown, Here is a picture of the area after attempting to return it to its state before this 'raid'was taken place.



Also from what i know from what has been said in the past, Kiwike has the orebfuscator mod which makes all blocks that are not visible and surrounded by other blocks will look Like stone,Wood, mossy cobble and other blocks that can be found underground from dungeons,Mineshafts and all that is generated in naturally.

Are you questioning the mods authority? Shame on you Garintina! And yes. Android talks to more people then just mods, I talk frequently with him over Skype cuz hes my snookaloopy<3

Hopefully this should stand as a testimony? Our decisions won't be biased, and I'm sorry that I had to sit there listening to you lot claiming they were for 10+ minutes.

Clearly the information shows that there was a cobblestone tower , But I'm 99.9% sure I dug it up as I left that area for the last time , As I was depositing stuff in those chests from other chests and used cobble to get out of there as I was going for more stuff. So continue with the proof other than this

I'm only basing this off what I read in the log, but the entry shows that right before Dj digs out the cobblestone, the cobblestone tower was still there, placed by you. There was no need for any other screenshots as I thought these were sufficient to show that he didn't find your place by mere chance, rather it was suspicious to find a cobble block among the sand.

And to Saera , Then why didn't droid say that in the first place? In stead of convincing me that DJ Was in fact digging down and randomly stumbling upon it?
