Wtyuio vs. Riskae

Today, Wtyuio went into Bowser's town and took something back that was originally his, an enchantment table that was still sitting safely in his old house, which was vacant at the time the enchantment table was taken.
Riskae later went to the mods and declared this as griefing, the mods then forcing Wtyuio to give back the enchantment table.
I say that this is not grefing for the fact that the table was, built, used, and then later left by Wtyuio, whom wanted it, yet never had the time to go back for it until now. Also, in the sense that the house was vacant when the table, no one was actually griefed. In the same sense, Riskae, who had no ownership of the table at all, had no right to declare it griefing. Also, Wtyuio and I had received permission from Saera herself, only a few weeks before the heist, and yet she too is on Riskae's side in this case.

With the corrupt tyranny of the moderators that I, as well as those who have left before me, am seeing, if my case is lost I chance leaving Kiwike. This is bullshit.

Also, if this thread is closed before the case is, it only proves my point against the mods.

Really. I just freaking made this fair for everybody and you are just trying to stir the pot. I'm not going to answer this again, this is rediculous, not everything is a conspiracy against you. He rp left the house a month ago and its had another owner in between, it was not his anymore. The mods are right. We solved this already.

First the mods are aways right and two were involved in this. Second it was me not Bowser who pushed for this. Third he voluntarily left my nation/town a month ago. Fourth I am the reason he was given the option of returning what was stolen, and keep in mind I didn't even make him replace the bookshelves, rather than getting banned for a day. Also if he still feels wronged maybe he should say so himself not you.

While Wtyuio RP left, he also RP took the table. Which makes it legit.
Also, with it only being Age I, there are no real nations, thus giving Bowser and Riskae no true ownership of the house to declare griefing in a vacant house.

It was Yotta I believe who legitimized RP nations in age 1, but that is besides the point. Wtyuio was personally spoken to by two mods as was I on this matter and you lack the necessary scope of events to argue for or against either sided.
