I know that we are not enemies. We are only mere acquaintances, but after consulting with my advisers, we cave come to the conclusion that we will not have peace with you.

This is an official declaration of conflict; Level 1 clearance.

Hydra Prime seems to be a bit over their head don't they? I wish to hear your reasoning behind this declaration of conflict because the way I see it right now, either there is peace or there destruction for you and everyone below you. If any of your citizens ever see the contents of this letter, let it be known that your new leader, Coleman has thrown you into a conflict there is no way that he shall win. He has signed away your lives to the devil, and now you must burn. Drew: Your pride astounds me. After picking up the scraps of a once healthy nation you decide to start your new lives out by declaring conflict on (what I would say) the two most influential realms in the land of Kiwike? Surely you must have lost your mind. You shall remember this as you are skewered. Coras may forgive you, and our lands may have peace once again, but I will never forgive a man who is unfit to rule a nation, so early thrusting it's citizens in a battle it cannot hope to win.

Sir, a conflict is a fight. It is too late. My first impressions of you have been negative, and signing the wrong term onto an official document has not helped your cause. The correct term would have been 'neutrality'. I am sorry, but I as Sahure Aenon do not feel that you are worthy enough to hold senior office in the reformed realm of the Vermillion Dominion, now referred to as Hydra Prime. Promethia and Hydra Prime may have a successful future together, but I will always remember this day. Good day sir.

I find your outward facing arrogance astounding to say the least. The fact that you would go out of your way to send such a vehement message to us makes me quick to rethink our stance toward you as it had been my previous intentions to offer you assistance in recovery from your recent 'divide.' Here is my advice to you as a more senior leader, words are far more powerful than swords be thoughtful less you feel the bitter sharpness they do so readily offer. So in the future do think twice before you pick up your pen, less that first statement of yours need be altered.

P.S. Do not feel yourself so grand as to drop honorifics when addressing my lord, The Venerable Coras XIV.

I am sorry. I have spoken with my adviser. We have agreed to call off our conflict. I have given my signature of cancellation on the papers. I hereby do resolve the conflict. This act was cleared by a Level 1 representative.

Dear Mr. Coleman,

I would like a clarification on what exactly "conflict is". I maintained made a defensive alliance with your previous government so I am confused as to why you choose to break off the alliance but also want to enter "conflict". As I see it states can be in 3 relationships, allies, peaceful, and at war. Now I can understand a new government shedding old alliances made under old leadership but, i do not understand the meaning of a level between war and peace. I do hope this is just a cause of a language barrier
