Asdf, be nice. But he's correct Smell. I'd guess if someone just dug a random tunnel into your mine in order to say, attack your town, you could always just seal it up. But other than that, I believe its completely legal.

I think it just depends on if they cause a serious disruption with the main part of your mine (entrance, "lobby", shaft room, ladder/stairs, etc.)

If they, for example, were to extend one of your shafts, then that sounds pretty legal to me. Your character might want to take action though, like telling them to stop >_>
