Ok well long story short, I was offline and he completely destroyed my house in our city. Every. Single. Block. Even my bed. Can I get a mod to do a check as proof?

I'm asking for the sole fact of "Our city". And that he called a mod to have the postbox removed. Sounds like you either didn't live there, or he attempted to kick you out? Unless of course you own the city.
