The Declaration of Allegiance, Fellowship, and Power

All nations and settlements be made known of this declaration!

The fortress of New Phalinx is currently in solitude, but seeks fellowship avidly.

Now, New Phalinx is proposing its status as a trick card of the land. The men under King Asdf are battle-hardened, loyal, and rich - yet still yearn for battle. The warriors, mercenaries, and wealthy of the land offer their hands to the sole nation who would show the ability to conquer their grand settlement.

A dare or privilege, you might wonder of this offer. The host of New Phalinx holds no more tricks up its sleeves, or hidden weapons, but is looking for a suitable governing through which compares to their own strength.

New Phalinx offers weaponry, manpower, and most importantly strength, as a state or settlement within any nation.
