Lag fix help?
I have been having a horrible lag lately and was wondering if anyone could throw some tips my way. Thank you for any tips

Can you specify which type of lag you are getting?
Also, please tell us your systems specs

He is having connection lag (I remember from one of his previous posts). My advice is use an Ethernet cable.

My lag mostly involves mobs lag spikeing, game freezes but i keep moving, and such. I can try recording on my camera (not fraps) to show an example but my system specs are a mystery, Since computers are like the Chinese language can you tell me how to check my specs?
Can i also ask what an Ethernet cable is  erp:

An Ethernet cable is the, often blue, cable that'll connect to your computer for direct internet access rather than having a wi-fi connection.

Well, its still unclear at the type of lag you are getting. Is it drops in frame-rates, or does it involve your internet connection? If it is your internet connection, there really is nothing that you can do except directly connect to your router.

If you can't find an Ethernet cable around your house, then you can go to like Best Buy, etc... and you can get one there. They are fairly cheap and shouldn't be hard to setup, but if you don't even know what an Ethernet cable is you should ask someone who can help you in person.

I know what it is i just dont have a good idea of what it requires, i know you need a router but still it confuses me.
