4/11 Update

  • Fixed various typos in Territories
  • Updated Bukkit
  • Fixed error when trying to join a town
  • Town leader now gets build permission when the town is first created
  • Added the Portecoulissante plugin: Build protcullises with fences and iron bars and activate with redstone signal (Really old tutorial here)
