Rolling Updates (changelog)
This thread contains any changes/updates that are made to the server, small or large.

Today's updates:
  • Local chat is now yellow
  • Removed restriction on town size based on players in the town (this might come back in a different form soon, smart people will claim their area while it's cheap!)

  • Small changes to help pages in territories
  • Added autojoin option in towns
  • Added autobuild option in towns
  • Added option list page in towns /town set
  • Fixed some wording related to plots
  • Default plot price is now 0.2 gold

Yay, it's the Territories bug fixing and misc. small changes to prepare for sieges! Smiley

It decides whether new players in the town get the "build" permission automatically when they join. If you have a public town with the autojoin setting on, you probably want that to be off.

Updates being launched with the new world
  • There is now a Town Portal at spawn which takes you to your town. Costs 8 gold.
  • New players are given a Starter Book and a piece of Pumpkin Pie.
  • New players start with 8 gold
  • Players now have spawn priories (bed > town spawn > server spawn)
  • Portals in the nether cannot be used if they would place you outside the world border in the overworld.

(might have made more changes, should probably start writing these down as I make them...)

  • Added a new experimental feature to territories, not completely done yet but it sort of works. You can see the borders of the town blocks using /town outline
  • Changed log out messages a bit
  • Fixed default plot name being '
  • edoras > Edoras

  • Fixed a critical bug in Territories that let people break blocks in other towns using an Iron Pickaxe. (lol)
  • Added a 10 second spawn protection when a player respawns to prevent spawn killing. The player will break the protection if they start hitting other players.

  • Removed some old code in the respawn protection that hid player death messages.
  • More improvements to /town outline, still experimental feature though.
  • Added automatic world saves due to weird server crashes.

Woah now, been some time since last update. Don't worry though, stuff has been going on behind the scenes
  • Updated Spigot to latest version
  • More updates to /town outline. You now cannot break the outline and it can be toggled with the command.
  • Added /plot outline, pretty much same functionality as town outlines
  • Added /plot outline all, requires plots permission, same function as above.
  • Prepared code for future Market plugin
