Need new headphones!
I accidentally broke my headphones today, so I superglued them back together. Then I broke them again in a different part, and now one of my ear cups is floppy despite about half a bottle of superglue. I was wondering if anyone has some recommendations for a new headset (my budget is under $100). I think I'll probably get a standalone mic as well, so microphone quality isn't as much of a concern for me. Speaking of that, if anyone has recommendations for a good mic, I'll take them too. Thanks!

EDIT: These are the ones currently at the top of my list: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controll...&A=details

Good, good

Good god, he said under $100, not everybody's loaded.

I recommend my PX21's. Literally myself and every other person in my class who I have every played video games with, on literally any console, uses PX21's. They're cheap, high-quality, have amazing sound quality, work on any device, comes with an amazing microphone and Turtlebeach's signature voice-echo that myself and my friends cannot do without after having it for so long. It's even got its own control device on the cable, with separate chat and game volume controls, along with a bass adjuster, a microphone on/off switch, and a few other tweakables, and the whole thing comes with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

I would personally recommend Siberia's Steelseries V2s, as my PX21s broke pretty fast, but maybe I'm just clumsy. I love my Steelseries, though; the pair's lasted a long, long time, and the sound quality you get on them is unrivaled for the cost, as well as comfort.

Are you their spokes person?!

Anyways, the ones I currently are turtle beach X11's, and before that I actually had a pair of PX21's (which went the same way as these XD). They have both served me well for over a combined total of 4 years. Thanks for reminding me of them, I'll add that to my list.

I might be getting me the Sennheiser PC 360 myself. They're supposed to have amazing sound quality, both speakers and microphone, and be pretty light.

I can't really recommend my current headset, Logitech G35. It's a decent headset but imo it's way too heavy.

The Siberia Steelseries V2 are..... decent for the price. They are really not any high-quality headphones at all, you get what you're paying for. Then again, not everyone needs the highest quality headphones and considering that you're getting an external mic, you don't really need to worry about that either.

I don't trust Steelseries anymore because of a bad mouse I once got. Except the mousepads, those are quite allright.

For eadphones I currently use a Razer Megalodon. Normally way more than what I would spend on a headset but because of a warranty claim error/mistake with my previous set of headphones, logitech g430, I kind of got the Razer for the Logitech's price.

Yotta, you have way too much money. However, if someone is willing to donate me $200 that headset would be amazing.
