As many of us know, Ryan had stolen a couple of things from us and our houses.

Ryan is simply 11 years old, and has realized his mistake and would like to be let back in.

Ryan will join the new town of FyrStone if accepted.

It was more of a joke on tristo's part, I don't think punishment is necessary if that's what you're thinking about.

I wasn't thinking about punishment. He just needs to know that this made a few people want to go to war with Cornerstone for a few minutes.
