It has come to my attention that Watershroud is in need of a road to break off of the main Mavenholm-Bludwick road. You've contacted me recently asking for an official document, signed by The Head of State of the Helvanthar nation, here is that official statement. If you should choose, and I highly recommend it, you may hire the Roadbuilders to help out, and I will cover the costs. They've done an excellent job with our other roads, and I will always strive for the same quality of any and all roads within our nation.
