Graft that is not what he means whatsoever.
He just became a mod yesterday, and is working towards getting the feel of it.
He wants to run this over the other mods, that have had much more experience than him, first.

The mods aren't stupid, most of them are just never online, and when they are they're like "Oh yer I'll come check dat." And an hour later they've moved 30 blocks from their town and back before logging off.

If Tristo just became mod, It is in his opinion for him to choose wether or not to ban him right away.
And just as Doggy said.
There are no mods active at the moment except for Tristo.
Nothing has happened on the server in a while, Ban-wise, and so on.
Tristo logged in for the first time as mod and got overwhelmed with request to block check, ban, and so on. I beleive he is completly overwhelmed with the work required at the time of his login, cut him so slack.
But that doesn't mean i dont agree.
With one simple command, he could be gone from trouble, but thats not our decision, its his.
