Cerantia hereby declares that for peace to ensue between Nova with no winner declared, the fallowing must take place.

1. All stolen Cerantian Kiwiships be returned.
2. All dismantled Cerantian Kiwiships be paid for in reimbursement. 5g for the Cerantiace Power
3. No further offences against Cerantia and her allies.
4. No encroachment upon Cerantian lands (hereby declared Cerantian lands are: anything within a 500 block radius of a Cerantian town)
5. One free Kiwiship to Nova

Do note that Cerantia has the ability to terminate this peace proposal at any time, and any offences against a Cerantian ally, such as Azureglade with the Mutual Defence Pact, will also render this peace null and void.
