If we build near water or anything where I can make a nice pond or something, I'm building a tavern/hotel near a large body of water. It would be nice to look at, good for in-city crops, and for overall greenery. Also, if any taverns are started, I suggest they server milk buckets. Works very well.

Good idea. I also had a thought but didn't want to add it because I'm not sure if it's possible and I'm not sure if anyone would like it. I was thinking to maybe raise the prices a bit for lakeside lots. I just think it would definitely add to the realism and give those buyers a chance to show their wealthiness Laugh
