Correct me if i'm wrong? But i believe it is somewhere along the lines of.. One sided, Favor one over the other, etc.

Oh. And Riskae, AFK players don't fight back either. Killing them is not illegal.

AFKing takes valuable log in spots so imo it should be discouraged, but that is a different matter. In addition AFK players have infinite respawns just as normal players.
