Well my Driver is
RADEON X6000 Series (Microsoft Corporation- WDDM)
Is this my graphics card or is that something different?

That means you have an ATI/AMD Radeon 6000 series graphics card, you can find the download for the driver here: http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx
First, look at the place on the right that says download drivers. Then select "Desktop Graphics" and "Auto Detect and Install" in the tabs in that section (select N/A for the rest). Then select view results. Download the given file and it will run a program that will auto-detect your graphics card and install the correct driver. I have a Nvidia graphics card so I can't tell you what happens after that point, but that's pretty much all there is to it.

Wow Gecko you are so useful and yes i am very clue less because i dont bother learning about computers because i know i will get blame for all viruses so for a while i thought that i was the reason then a few months ago i realized that the only way i could gotten virus were from youtube facebook and a few other websites so i realized i could not be the reason but thanks a lot BV i needed this i owe u one

the update you had me download was it an update for my current graphics card or a completely new graphics card. Because my computer says that i have a lot of graphic cards but only two are "compatible" not sure if that means it wont work or something else i would try but dont wanna screw up my computer. Any more tips from anyone?

Ok, I'm in a much better mood now, so let me explain. Your graphics card is a physical rectangular box thing that is inside your computer. It is rather large. As Crazy said, it's unlikely that you have more than one, and you definitely don't have more than two. You should watch some tutorials on computer components; it's useful to know.

And yeah, updating drivers should fix everything.
