Thanks for the correction Pavja. I just read the first post and saw I want to report him for.... And so i thought i was more of a breaking the rules issue.
Indeed killing and stealing are allowed, that's why she is posting in the "Nation" section of the server and asking her fellow citizens for help. Remember, if you have money, my guild will always be willing to handle assassinations for this kind of thing.
