The Cornerstone Empire does have regulations about killing within the nation. And it is not allowed.

Zilky will be taken to court and we will further discuss the verdict there.

Good to see that this was resolved. My fears of the Cornerstone Empire beccoming a reincarnation of the Vikings were unfounded. You have changed greatly for the better in the past three months. I wish you luck in your nation, and hope that you can come over to Castle Tentones and visit me, Kyga, TheCreator and the gang when the stress of runnimg the empire are too great.
