That is the ship? And you say it is not griefed? I agree, it is beyond slight repair and take off.
I'm just going off of the information I have available. And although I full hearty agree with you Crash, you shouldn't fly the ship if you don't want to loose it, the rules were different. You can read the rules and it would say "No stealing", but it does not say that if you loose your ship outside/inside a town, that it belongs to said town. I agree, that it should, and the rules should be changed, but at that moment in time, there was no way for them to know about it. Even if they read the rules three or four times.

This is the conclusion I came to after talking with both bvc and asdf in game. No idea why Droid told asdf something entirely different later though.

No! Yotta /definitely/ told me asdf could have it in the skype call, and this was after he spoke with asdf and bvc personally.
