Kiwike 3.0?

I like seeing ideas and opinions in this thread so I will leave it open.

I'm not sure if this has already been said by anyone or not (since I really don't feel like skimming through 18 pages to find this, I'm lazy) but maybe if there is a Kiwike 3.0 there would be new requirements for a town, meaning harder to get, takes more time and such. I understand this may sound a little weird, but think about it, there are a ton of abandoned towns around this map because either...

A) People went inactive
B) People weren't interested in the town anymore, like they got bored of it
C) Some other reason that I have yet to come up with because I'm to tired to think of another one, so basically: other

Maybe there would be some way to help prevent that and keep people in towns and keep them active. A choice of making it harder to get is maybe a 5 person requirement rather then a 3. I don't think the gold amount needs to be touched, and maybe something else that someone can think of. I'm not sure, this is just a quick idea that just now popped into my brain.

A lot more could be added to this idea, the point of this is to see more active towns, and more dedication in those towns. Its quite saddening to see a whole bunch of abandoned towns scattered all over the map.

I doubt this would help any as the reason people leave the town is, like you said, because they got bored. Just because the Mayor needs to worry about 5 people total doesnt mean those people joining him are going to be any more dedicated. People going inactive is more of minecraft its self fault, people get bored of the game, not necessarily the people or server.
