RE: Bill 04.1 - Helvan Trade Pact (Revised)
Has nobody noticed that this bill punishes people for leaving their town open? That's ridiculous. We can't expect every town to wall itself off and remain in a constant state of lockdown to prevent enemies from buying its goods. Also, trading posts are rendered illegal with this, as there is no way to stop enemies from walking in there, either. Besides, this bill will just make our enemies say, "trolololol, thanks for the arrows midgar" to make sure they are punished. Furthermore, they could lie about being sold goods by a Helvan, something much easier proved than disproved. For now, I'll have to vetoe the bill.
I urge the other members of the House of Commerce to reconsider their decision on this bill after reading this counter-argument.
Love,
Gecko

What would the reson be for vetoing every bill crash has posted? Other then dislikeing him of course because even if you dislike someone who trys to help you are only hurting yourself and others. So what makes you dislike this bill? Do you want people selling to cicatrix? Do you want to help the enemy? Do you want to win the war? Do you even want to help the nation? And etc etc (rambleing is due to it being very late and for that i am sorry)

RE: Bill 04.1 - Helvan Trade Pact (Revised)
Gecko, I think the clause saying "- This includes selling materials with the intent of them being passed on or sold to enemies," is to defend against your point that towns will be punished should the transaction occur accidentally.
Selling to enemies is something that we must combat, and the passing of this bill should help implant a little more effort in our citizens to be more aware.
The 72 hour deadline approaches and to provide comfort for some, when/if it is passed, the possible flaws mentioned will be kept in mind, as to see the total effectiveness or lack thereof, of this bill.
Final thing. Don't flame in the House of Commerce threads. I personally think that calling others out like many have done recently counts as a small case of flaming, but a case nonetheless.

That's all there is to it. kthxbai

Probably. I thought he was talking to Gecko until you just said that Android, which makes more sense. Also, if it was to me, i'm not going to say anymore because it would start a flame war.

The vote stands at six to three and the poll will end in four hours.
Just a heads up.

Well, you also have to not count those that are not in the House who voted :/.

Precisely.
Also, this bill has passed as the time for voting has elapsed.
The final vote stands at six to three.
Like I said, we'll try it out to test for any major faults.
