Yes, Mark touched it. It is completely ruined.

The old C'Tan are gone, instead there is a customizable Monstrous Creature called C'Tan Shards.
They also gave the Necron personalities. And there excuse for their behaviour before: They were grumpy from waking up.
I wish I was an insane space wizard.
