I think it's a general rule of thumb that if we haven't said it will be in Revamped, it will either not be in Revamped or we won't tell you if you ask.

this^ they would be very useful in a rp envirement maybe only one at a time and they cost 25 g to make and 5 a week but they can be a max of 4 plots(chunks,16x16)

The only problem with outposts in 2.0 was the lack of restrictions - in theory they'd be great for foreign travel and RP.
