RE: Suggestions from a Dying Breed of Roleplayer
You do realize that those were quality people who, after months and months of hosting that particular server, finally got together and made something epic? Even though it was completely boring?

Do you not see the obvious weeks if not MONTHS of preperation, boring preperation, that it took to build that? Can I get a mod to tell me how long it took to build Mavenholm? Nobody thinks of these things - at least, not the general populace who, when asked about how active they are on the forums, they say: 'Wait - we have a forum?' - they think of the action-packed awesomeness of the above video.

Thing is, we can never have these things come to pass without quality players who sit down, get out some good ol' 1980's style graphing paper like they did back in the original Bard's Tale and start mapping out, floor by floor, block by block, the multiple pathways and buildings of that server. Quantity did not do that. Why? Because quantity comes where quality is present.

Except for where McDonalds is concerned ;P
