Each town starts at a 'level 0 town'. To increase their level, they need to increase experience such as having ACTIVE members in the town and/or also increasing the advancement of their town. Members MUST BE PART OF A TOWN or no XP is given. Such as...

EXAMPLE:

-Fishing (1xp)
-Cooking (1xp)
-Smelting (1xp)
-Monster Killing (5xp)
- Pig/Chicken/Cow killing (1xp)
- Mining (1xp)
- Player Logging on per REAL TIME day (50xp)

For each town to gain a level, members of the town must accumulate a total of (example) 10,000 XP. Each level gained, the XP needed increases by an extra 25%


Example Level requirements:

Level 0: 0 xp
Level 1: 10,000 xp
Level 2: 12,500 xp
Level 3: 15,625 xp
Level 4: 19,531 xp
Level 5: 24,413 xp

(And so on and so on...)
NOTE: To reach the max level (Lets say 15, these calculations would require a lot of time in game to achieve)


When the town reaches the next level, they might get some small perk. Here might be some examples:

NOTE: Just an example on the progression of rewards:

Level 1: 100 kiwi
Level 2: 250 kiwi
Level 3: 1 iron weapon/armor set per person
Level 4: Stack of torches / Stack of cobblestone
Level 5: 1 bread spawn PER REAL DAY in 1 town chest
Level 6: 2 bread spawn PER REAL DAY in 1 town chest
Level 7: 5 gold bars per person
Level 8: 500 gold per person
Level 9: 10 gold bars per person
Level 10: 1 Diamond per person
Level 11: 5 bread spawn PER REAL DAY in 1 town chest
Level 12: 10% Cheaper items when winning an auction (*)
Level 13: 1000 kiwi per person
Level 14: 1 Diamond Pickaxe (or sword) per person
Level 15: A portal that returns the player to their town square. (Only given to Mayor, or something like that)


(*) Lets say the town member wins an auction for 100kiwi. They only need to pay 90 kiwi. However, the seller still receives the 100 kiwi.


Remember, this is all just an idea. Any input or ideas would really be great. It would be cool if some of these were done.
