Suggestions from a Dying Breed of Roleplayer

I would love, love love <3 having more (or only) roleplayers on this server.
I love roleplaying. On Gmod, Minecraft, in bed......

I played a server a while back, [Mod edit: None of that].
One word: Amazing.
The only drawback for me was how newcomers start off hard. Monsters are really hard to kill, and kill easily, so the newbies die many a time, but once someone tosses a coin your way, or a sword, you can fight your way to a city, when at a city, you can walk in a tavern and join RPing, maybe play an IC game of cards or order a pint of lava from the bar.

I would love to see this in our server. I probably won't leave because of no RP, but I really want RP. ):
