It adds an overlay to your whole TV experience. While you're watching something, you can hit a button and shrink the picture to surf the web at the same time. It runs on Android 2.2 so it is Flash compatible, and therefore, gives you pretty much the full web experience.

My DirecTV receiver connects to it and then it connects to the TV. It also works with my AV receiver, so it can control everything you have connected to your home theater.

It also has a bunch of apps you can get for it. For example, I got a Netflix app that allows me to queue and stream movies right through it. You can use Pandora and a bunch of other really popular apps through it.

One of the coolest things it does is, when you're watching TV and see a show that you like, hit the Search button. It then brings up a list of related shows on your TV service provider and websites and videos associated with it.

Also, through it, I can control my whole home theater with my Motorola Droid or iPod Touch.

So, as I summarized in my post above, it's freaking amazing.

EDIT: In case you hadn't noticed, I'm a gadget whore.
