Suggestion For an Ammendmant the Rules

Stealing crops and animals shouldn't really be illegal unless it's about destroying the entire farm. However, in war periods, it might be nessecary to raid farms for provisions.

So, basically, we need to add exceptions for war times.

As of now there is no protection in peace time so nothing can be ammended.
