I use Zan's Mini-Map, as you can see in my screenshots in the Droidopolis thread. Very cool mod. I especially like how you can set waypoints that show as a flag when your map is in range of them and as a green arrow on the edge of it when it is out of range. You can also make it show a nearly full-screen map of a large par tof your surroundings. I recommmend it for everyone.
