We are going off topic again. And seeing that I put the ban on him, I'll tell you what had happened on my end.

I was off minecraft, when the staff got a message on skype from Partyars, informing us that Gira wanted permission to raid Coranis. I asked for the reason for it (resources, revenge, etc). Before we got to decide, I got called by Bowser saying that he has been killed by Gira. I checked the logs and sure enough, Gira did kill Bowser in Coranis. I got on to confront Gira about it, and the reason he gave me was that he mistook Partyar's message as a "yes".

After a few more questions I went afk to check the logs and confront with the mods. Partyar's did not come anywhere close to saying a "yes".

After all that, Gira later says that he WASN'T raiding yet, that it was a scouting party of some sort (In full diamond armor and equipments, but I will disregard that, no one said you can't scout in full diamond armor). Gira also said that bowser hit him first, and he acted in self-defence, and retreated.

This is where the story gets confusing. IF Gira mistook Partyar's message as a "yes" to the raiding of Coras, SO being in Coranis MEANS that he IS raiding Coranis. Whether Bowser really hit Gira first or not, it is still the fact that Gira WAS in Coranis, which the SC has a history of raiding, before the mods even grant any permission whatsoever. You'd have expected Gira and the rest to be a KOS in their town. You'd also expect the citizens of Coranis to attempt some defence within their OWN town.

Things might have been different if Gira actually waited first in his own town before getting our permission to raid. He has already been stepping on thin ice ever since this PvP and raiding-fest started.

I am not angry at the fact that you raided the elves the second time, seeing as it was indeed revenge for some of the elves to have revenge on your town, and Yottabyte gave you permission. I am not sure about your third visit, seeing as none of the Mods could tell me if they granted permission (and whether you say it was self-defense or not, of course the elves would retaliate against a group who has raided them before).

Gira, I respect you as an individual, and it was fun during the times we still could talk, between player and mod. I respect your PvP capabilities, I wish I even have an ounce of that to be able to at least fight back a little, but I do not. Not every player, especially those who join for the RP, is going to want to raid and do PvP all the time. The PvP comes with the consent of the other side as well, as part of the RP (eg. my character goes through her episodes, and she will attempt to kill, and of course the other side will know that and RP with that).

You may think the way you play is not wrong at all, and it really isn't, if this server is a PvP server. I have rejected an application where all he wants is PvP, and we recommended him to find a PvP server.

I did not find any satisfaction whatsoever when I ban, and definitely not in yours. I only hope that you'd please re-think about your playstyle, and if it really is going to fit in an RP server. This isn't Kiwike 2.0 anymore, this is Revamped.
