How is it wrong? You broke the rules and you get banned. Why don't people get this concept?

You couldn't possibly blame a citizen for attacking a known raider that was standing in their town.

Im not arguing that Bowser shouldn't have attacked him Im arguing that Oranges had no other option but to kill him What do you want him to do, say "Time-out stop killing me I don't have permission yet."



Smythie, Can you please explain why the length of the ban should be one week, people grief and get banned for less....

He shouldn't have been there in the first place and there's always the option of running away. The ban lengths should be taken up with the mods not me.

Not to mention it is 10 times as long as it should be, in my opinion this ban should be no more then a 6 hours...

Self defense? Bowser was unarmed and gira was in full diamond. He also shouldn't have been in the town in the first place. If it was a scouting mission why was he armed to the teeth? Generally on scouting missions you go light. There was also 2 people in full diamond and there and no chance of bowser winning. So it clearly wasn't self defense. In my opinion the ban is perfect.

First of all, just because he had armor does not mean he was mounting a full out attack. As Saera said. If that your logic was true, I would not were any armor when I was building/etc. If you have armor, you wear it.


Second, the length of the ban. Like said above, this ban is a form of meta-gaming, in reality. The moderators will only give permission if the person has a good RP reason, if the reason does not suffice, then it is not RP enough. Therefore, it is considered meta-gaming. Seeing as this is Gira's first ban for Meta, although he has received a few warnings, the time length should be a few days at most, not a week. Oh, and Riskae. Self defense does not mean that Bowser has to run at him with full armor, just punching can cause damage to armor, take away life, and be a nuisance.


Last, and not least. Gira has requested a mod's insight on this situation, and Saera, Droid, Yotta, all have obliged. Now, Smythie, etc, you are just posting on this thread in an attempt to keep Gira banned do to your extreme dislike for him. I agree, that his ban should stay, but I also agree on the fact that it should be shortened. This is not a thread for you to post things such as "You broke the rules, you got banned. Whats the problem?". It's stupid and arrogant, and kindly, get out.

So I'm not allowed post ot keep the ban length as it is. but people are allowed post asking to shorten the ban length? I agree with mods' decision and I don't think I should have to leave a thread for that reason.
