All that I will say is that Auto Sword was being used. However, I do not think that anything close to a permaban is necessary. He just got his ass kicked with a 5 day ban. I think a finger wag is enough.

I do know that it was not being used. Yes I am aware of the screenshot but that's because most of the mods are key-bound and he sometimes accidentally hits them. Yes he could unbind the keys I think but he's a lazy canadian.
Either way, I agree, a perma is not necessary.

Yeah I have Xray installed but I don't actually use it although sometimes I accidentally turn it on so it shouldn't count as xraying

Edit: Also sort of off topic but: Next time anyone quotes a post and just writes "This", they will be put on at least warning level 50%. Sick of it.
