I don't think this needs to go anywhere to be honest he broke the rules, it's not the first time. Regardless of his time on the server, if someone came in on day one using this they would be perma banned, so why should it be different for Lewis?

To be honest with you, I think only since it is Nlewis that the crime resulted in a perma, kinda like Oranges.

I don't think Lewis was hated on the server to be honest I never had problems with him/ I don't think any other people had serious problems either.

Smythie, Peter is reaching out for a fair argument, not for a point of view that is not subject to changed. Nothing against you, but I say just let Nick get his fair argument.
Ian, and all of Asdf's group was un-banned for something that far exceeds x-ray, the least Nick can get is a chance.

I don't think it's a fair argument if only Pwol and Lewis are allowed to argue their point. I also don't agree with Ian and asdf's ban but that wasn't my decision. But if that was a valid argument anyone who got banned could say oh well asdf and all those other guys got unbanned and they did much worse. I think that was a big mistake on the part of mods as it was the ignition to the "biased" and "corrupt" insults hurled at them too, along with undermining the banning system on kiwike.

Not the place to talk about that really. But i'm just asking to not just come in here and say the same thing everyone says. "He broke the rules and got banned".
