Android although i agree, it you crash it in their town, you loose t. But that was never really made a rule, leaving this confusion. They obviously don't want the ship as they crashed it, burnt it, and destroyed it. Since it was never an official rule, I say give it back, and then change the rules so this is more clear to others.
